Mining rights
(a) Any policy relevant to granting prospecting or mining rights.
(b) Any prospecting or mining right granted in relation to the Modikwa mine.
(c) Any prospecting or mining right granted in relation to the Smokey Hills mine.
(d) Mining right #LP 30/5/1/2/2/69 MR Maandagshoek 254 KT Mineral Area 4.

Legislative requirements
(e) The social and labour plan prepared in accordance with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act and Regulations submitted by the owners or managers of Modikwa mine.
(f) The social and labour plan prepared in accordance with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act and Regulations submitted by the owners or managers of Smokey Hills mine.
(g) Any annual reports on compliance with the social and labour plan prepared in accordance with section 45 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations submitted by the owners or managers of Modikwa mine.
(h) Any annual reports on compliance with the social and labour plan prepared in accordance with section 45 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations submitted by the owners or managers of Smokey Hills mine.
(i) Any environmental impact assessment and environmental management programme prepared in accordance with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Act and submitted by the owners or managers of Modikwa mine.
(j) Any environmental impact assessment and environmental management programme prepared in accordance with the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Act and submitted by the owners or managers of Smokey Hills mine.

Community mining application
(k) The status of the application for mining rights submitted by members of the Maandagshoek community in 2006 or 2007.
(l) Any consultation undertaken in accordance with section 10 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 2002 in relation to the above application.
(m) Any assistance facilitated to the persons making the above application in accordance with section 12 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 2002 (which provides that the Minister may facilitate assistance to any historically disadvantaged person to conduct prospecting or mining operations).
