Any and all records related to water contamination in Diepsloot, including, but not limited to:
1. Water assessment policy
2. Water monitoring plan/ policy
3. Water contamination action plan
4. Contingency plan should water be shut off
5. Quality report of water in containers
6. Water quality results available for the samples taken from Diepsloot
7. Documents detailing what the source of contamination was
8. Documents detailing whether the contamination was microbial or chemical
9. Documents detailing if contamination was microbial what was isolated from the sample (eg. E. Coli), the same with chemical contamination
10. Report or documents used to inform the community of the risks
11. Future plans; anything done to ensure a similar incident does not occur again
12. Monitoring strategy in place to ensure water safety
13. Documents detailing planned maintenance for the water works (pipeline network)
14. Report on the removal of the source of contamination
15. Documents detailing the number of people who fell ill as a result of consumption of the contaminated water
16. Plan in place to ensure that the community does not use the contaminated water
17. Report on who was involved (i.e Environmental Health Practitioners involved) in the investigation and control of this incident
