Any and all records including but limited to title deeds, agreements, bank statements, related to the mamathola Farm belonging to Banareng ba Letsoalo in Mopani District Limpopo Province

Any and all records related to but not limited to;

(i).  Awarding documents, tittle deeds of the Mamathola farm to Banareng ba Letsoalo in Mopani District Limpopo Province

(ii).  Any documents and agreements with Silver Meadow Trading 281 (PTY) LTD.

(iii). Names and profile of Silver Meadow trading directorship.

(iv).  All budget allocation and money transfered to the farm since 2003 until now

(v).  All revenue gained from the farm on plantation and all the citrus fruits.

(vi).  Agreement contract plantation supply to the Diggerust Farm

(vii)  All revenue and financial records of the farm since 2003 until now.

(ix). All agreements entered with suppliers, sub contractors and records of stock from Mamathola farm.

(x).  Agreements with silver meadow company , tender documents, recommendations from Land affairs office and adjudicating documents on the panel and person sitting in the panel list of those panellist adjudicating on the matter
