1. Land agreement between Tzaneen municipality and acting Chief Mogoboya for Batlhabine for land which before sale belonged to Bathabine community under the leadership of Acting Chielf Mogoboya. The land has now been rezoned to be used as a cemetery;

2. Negotiations agreed upon and minutes of the meeting concerning the land agreement;

3 Value and price determination of the land agreed;

4 Minutes and agreements with royal Council;

5. Copies of environmental assessment impact study;

6. Public consultation minutes on the above matter; and

7. Agreement on payments and how much including future rehabilitation of the land.
