Request description:
Copies of any and all records, or part of records in relation to the Military Skills Development System -MSDS- of the South African National Defence Force as follows:
1. A list of the names and contact details of Army members that have exited the MSDS during the period 1 January 2010 to June 2013.
2. Any internal policies, directives, guidelines or similar records setting out the objectives of the MSDS including, but not limited to, documents setting out:
• the original objectives from prior to 1 January 2003, and
• amending the objectives from 1 January 2003 to 30 June 2013.
3. The syllabus or training timetables, and all other training material providing an overview of training through the MSDS for the period 1 January 2010 to June 2013.
