Any and all records relating to the municipality:

i) Policies and procedures guiding current allocation of load-shedding across areas

ii) Records depicting the areas affected by load-shedding for the year 2013

iii) Records depicting the duration (by month and by the hours of the day) each area will be affected by load-shedding in:

* June and July 2011
* June and July 2012, and
* June and July 2013

iv) Records detailing if load-shedding has reduced or increased from 2011-2013

iv) Records detailing the cause for load-shedding in each area for:

* June and July 2011
* June and July 2012, and
* June and July 2013

v) Plans for capacity expansion for supply of electricity for financial years 2010/2011; 2011/2012; 2012/2013 and 2013/2014

vi) Estimated usage increases for financial years 2010/2011; 2011/2012; 2012/2013 and 2013/2014
