Human resource policies plans and procedures related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and intersex (LGBTI) employees.
Any and all records related but not limited to:
A
1 Current employment policies and practices to eliminate unfair discrimination, including harassment, against lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual and intersex (LGBTI) employees;
2 Any consultation undertaken in respect of the policies and practices referred to in paragraph (1)
3 Any complaint or grievance procedure available to employees, including applicants for employment, in respect of allegations of unfair discrimination; and
4 The number of complaints made in the last 5 years which relate to allegations of unfair discrimination on the basis of gender, sex or sexual orientation and the nature of those complaints. Personal details which may be included in such complaints are not requested.
B
1 The number and nature of complaints made by employees in the last 5 years which relate to unfair dismissal on the basis of gender, sex or sexual orientation which were referred for conciliation of adjudication under the Labour Relations Act; and
2 The number and nature of complaints made by employees, including applicants for employment, in the last 5 years which relate to allegations of unfair discrimination, other than unfair dismissal, on the basis of gender, sex or sexual orientation which were referred for conciliation, arbitration or adjudication under the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998
NOTE: Personal details which may be included in such complaints are not requested.

1 Counseling services available to employees who have suffered discrimination or are
experiencing difficulties in the workplace.

In the event that those counseling services referred to in paragraph C above are outsourced, please provide:
1 the criteria used by Metrorail for the section of the service provider;
2 the contract between the service provider and Metrorail.
3 if the employees received any consolation in the act of discrimination towards them.
4 If where was any person unfair dismissed on the basis of gender, sex or sexual orientation under the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998 and re-employed as a resoled of arbitration or adjudication
5 If There were unfair discrimination on the basis of gender, sex or sexual orientation, from Metrorail employees what has Metrorail done to rectify the problem under the terms of the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998
