Copies of any and all records, or part of records, relating to a headman in Mogopa in the Ventersdorp District, North West Province, in the period prior to 24 April 1994 relating to the late Mr Jacob Kamodi More, including but not limited to:
1. Police surveillence or security surveillence records relating to Mr Jacob Kamodi More’s role as a community leader encouraging forced removals from land in Mogopa (including but not limited to his role as headman of Mogopa).
2. Police records relating to Mr Jacob Kamodi More as a policeman stationed in Carletonville, currently part of the Merafong City Local municipality in Gauteng, in the period prior to 1978.

It is noted that Mr Jacob More was periodically paid by the Department of Native affairs for his services in his position as the acting Headman of the Bakwena ba Mogopa tribe at Mogopa.  That is, the records requested relating to Mr Jacob More relate to his role as an official employed by a public body, noting that some of the requested documents may already be publicly available.
