Copies of any and all records, or part of records, relating to a community leader in KwaNgema near Driefontein town in Gert Sibande District municipality in Mpumalanga, relating to the late Alfred Ndlokwakhe Ngema for the period prior to his death in 1998, including but not limited to:

1. Police or security surveillance records relating to Mr Alfred Ngema’s role as a community leader opposing forced removals from the land of KwaNgema- Driefontein (including but not limited to his role as Chairperson of KwaNgema Board of Direction and his role as the husband of Mrs Poppy Ngema member of the Rural Women’s Movement).
