(i) Mr. Kodisa’s personnel file, including employment contract(s);
(ii) employment and pension fund policies applicable at the date Mr. Kodisa’s employment ended,
(iii) pension deductions from his salary
(iv) final lump sum or any surplus payments from the pension fund(s)
