Procurement of Toilets in Primary Schools

Copies of any and all records, or part of records, relating to procurement of toilets and construction of toilets in or from 2013, in each of the following primary schools:

1. Reutlwile Primary School,
2. Nkgodi Primary School,
3. Phiri Primary School, and
4. Sediba Thugo Primary School (the primary schools)

including, but not limited to:

- correspondence, file notes (for example of phone calls) or minutes of meetings notifying successful tenderer(s) that they have been successful in their bid to supply the toilets to each of the primary schools listed above,
- minutes of meetings, file notes or correspondence of discussions between the Department of Basic Education (the Department) and the successful tenderer(s), regarding negotiation of agreement/contract with the successful tenderer(s) for supply of toilets in each of the primary schools listed above,
- final agreement or contract and associated correspondence with successful tenderer(s) following the procurement process to supply the toilets in each of the primary schools listed above.
