-policies or guidelines setting out the criteria for deciding to shut down any primary school in the Soweto area,
-policies or procedures relating to the process of public consultation, evaluation and making decisions in relation to any decision to shut down any primary school in the Soweto area,
-preliminary investigations, reports and briefings in relation to the decisions to shut down each of the listed primary schools,
-correspondences, meeting minutes, and records of telephone conversations between any of the School Governing Board, the Gauteng Department of Education and the primary schools relating to the issues around decisions to shut down the listed primary schools.
