Copies of any and all records, or parts of records, related to the employment of
Angeline Nonceba Miya (ID number: 6308300406080) (Date of Birth: 30-08-1963) Transnet including:

(i) Ms. Miya’s personnel file, including but not limited to her employment contract(s)

(ii) agreements between Transnet, Ms. Miya and any bank in relation to her housing entitlements and any legal documents associated with the house(s) he lived in

(iii) employee policies relating to housing and termination of employment that applied at the date Ms. Miya employment ended

(iv) all Ms. Miya salary records from before 2009 including but not limited to deductions from her salary such as pension payments, housing contributions and final lump sum employment termination payment.
