Copies of any and all records relating to the “future generation” (or “sale” and / or “lease”) of the Kelvin Power Station including but not limited to:
1. Records detailing the valuation of the Kelvin Power Station, as required in terms of the provisions of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations, issued in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (MFMA), and the outcome of such valuation; and
2. Proof of public consultation on the “future generation” (or “sale” and / or “lease”) of the Kelvin Power Station specifically including:
a. Invitations to all such consultations [which may take the form of: letters, emails, print outs of text or sms messages or screenshots of invitation over social media (eg. Facebook or Twitter)];
b. Attendance registers for all such consultations;
c. Agendas for all such consultations; and
d. Minutes for all such consultations.
