Request for records relating to conditions for the conduct of gatherings.
Copies of any and all:
(1) by-laws, regulations or other records [excluding the Regulation of Gatherings Act, 1993 (the Act)] setting out any conditions for the giving of notice, or requesting authorisation, for the conduct of any gathering;
(2) notices received under section 3 of the Act over the period 1 July 2014 to 31 December 2014;
(3) records (including but not limited to letters, faxes, emails, and file notes) evidencing the calling of any meeting(s), in terms of section 4 of the Act, during the period 1 July 2014 to 31 December 2014; and
(4) written notices, issued in terms of the Act during the period 1 July 2014 to 31 December 2014, notifying any convener of any gathering of conditions imposed on the conduct of that gathering;
(5) in relation to (4) above, any and all records (including but not limited to file notes, memos, or minutes of meetings) setting out reasons for the imposition of any such conditions.
