Request for any resolutions to pay any legal expenses related to the academic qualifications of Ellen Zandile Tshabalala.

Copies of any and all records, or parts of records, relating to any resolution to pay any legal expenses related to:

A. Allegations of fraudulent and/or negligent misrepresentation by Ellen Zandile Tshabalala of her academic qualifications; and
B. Allegations of perjury made against Ellen Zandile Tshabalala in relation to statements made in affidavits and/or attestations concerning the whereabouts of proof of her academic. qualifications.

Including, with respect to both item “A” and item “B” above, but not limited to:

1. Correspondence in the form of letters, emails or faxes and file notes on any phone calls or other correspondence;
2. Minutes of meetings;
3. Internal memos; and
4. Specifically including any record that may set out how many office bearers supported each of these resolutions, how many opposed the resolutions and how many abstained from voting on the resolutions.
