Copies of any and all records related to the police investigation into the deaths of Mr Prakash Napier and Mr Yusuf Akhalwaya.
SAHA notes that both Mr Napier and Mr Akhalwaya were killed in an explosion that took place at Park Station, Johannesburg on 11 December 1989 and that investigations into these deaths / this explosion may have been carried out under case number: MR A60/12/89. We note that the deaths of Mr Napier and Mr Akhalwaya have been widely reported on in the media (please find attached copies of some media reports). It is further noted that as these deaths occurred over 20 years ago, this is not personal information.
