For records related to the Buffalo City Municipality’s involvement in the hosting of various alleged sporting events including but not limited to:

1.Copies of invitations, attendance registers, photographs, internal memo’s and/or any minutes relating to the following events:

1.1 An egg and spoon race, based on a tender of R250 000.00 awarded to Khutshu Khutshu Maintenance, to be held on the 5th and 6th of December.
1.2 A hockey tournament, based on a tender awarded to Mbonana Garden Cleaning and Maintenance Services (Pty) Ltd for R250 000.00, to be held sometime during 2015.
1.3 A boxing tournament, based on a tender awarded to KK Productions for R700 000.00, to be held sometime during November 2015.
1.4 A rugby tournament, based on a tender awarded to Ndesane Trading company for R560 000, to be held sometime during 2015.
1.5 A soccer, rugby and netball tournament, based on a tender of R150000 and to to be hosted in Potsdam, sometime during 2015.
