Copies of Standard Operating Procedures, National Instructions, Guidelines, Policies, Protocols, Training Manuals and Standing orders which relate to the procurement, testing, training, deployment and use of crowd management equipment (including surveillance equipment, devices and soft/hardware), weapons (including crowd-control / less lethal weapons and devices), and ammunition by the Tshwane Metro Police . Noting that to the extent that any records forming a part of the request may or must be refused we are still seeking access to every other record forming part of the request.
