For the amnesty applications made by Manuel Antonia Olifant AM4032/97 and all documents provided by him in support of his applications in the following matters:

1.    AC/99/0308 – application for amnesty for their involvement in attempts to murder or in a conspiracy to murder one Mark Shope and/or one Lambet Moloi and/or one MK Sipho and/or one MK Jackie, first at the Lion Park and later at the Oasis Motel, Gabarone during August/September 1987;

2.    AC/2001/0007 – application for the killing of Casius Nceba, Richard Ngwenya, and Bheki Khumalo;

3.    AC/2001/0036 – application for the staged attack during 1986 upon the house of the then Chancellor of Vista University, Professor Stephen Puleramaileng Maphike;

4.    AC/2001/0037 – application for the explosion at the Klipspruit, Soweto home of a police agent Sebastiaan Reed during or about 1985 - 1986. The explosion was caused by the Applicants on orders from their Security Police superiors at the time;

5.    AC/2001/0039 – application for an explosion at the Jabulani Stadium, Soweto during or about 1987;

6.    AC/2001/0044 – application for an explosion at the Council offices at Central Western Jabavu, Soweto, during or about the period 1986 – 1987; and

7.    AC/2001/00222 – application related to the killing of Antonio Strongman Bambo.
