2) The witness list of all those who spoke at the public hearing;
3) All transcripts of statements made by those who spoke at the public hearing or a copy of the full audio-visual recording of the hearing;
4) The minutes of the public hearing;
5) The written submission(s) of the claimant(s); and
8) Transcripts and/or notes for any and all interviews conducted by the Commission in relation to this dispute.
