Any and all records related to the public hearings conducted on the 14th August 2014 by the Commission on Traditional Leadership Disputes and Claims regarding the leadership dispute between Mhlabuzolile Nkosana and Thembani Tyali, including but not limited to:

1) A report/record noting the recommendation made by the Commission on Traditional Leadership Disputes and Claims (including all annexures to such report/record submitted to the Commission);
2) The witness list of all those who spoke at the public hearing;
3) All transcripts of statements made by those who spoke at the public hearing or a copy of the full audio-visual recording of the hearing;
4) The minutes of the public hearing;
5) The written submission(s) of the claimant(s); and
8) Transcripts and/or notes for any and all interviews conducted by the Commission in relation to this dispute.
