A request for records relating to the handback of the Cradle of Humankind Interpretation Centre Complex Public-Private Partnership project to the Department from Furneaux Stewart Gapp consortium

Any and all records relating to the handback of the Cradle of Humankind Interpretation Centre Complex Public-Private Partnership project to the Department from Furneaux Stewart Gapp consortium including but not limited to:

1. A copy of the signed PPP agreement relating to the handback procedure;
2. The survey conducted on the examination of the Project Assets and any report arising out of the survey;
3. The schedule on items requiring remediation;
4. any documents, internal memos, policies regarding the process and cost of remediation;
5. Alternatively to the above the re tendering documents should the project require it.
