Copies of any and all records, or parts of records relating to the change of the registration and admission process in public ordinary schools of the Gauteng Province in respect of Entry Phase Learners, including but not limited to:
i. Schools admission policy document certified by the Head of Department of Education in terms of Regulation 2(4) of the Regulations for Admission of learners to Public Schools of 2012; and
ii. Report detailing reasons for the change of processes from manual to online registrations and admissions;
iii. Report detailing how will the department guarantee that learners face no barriers relating to their placement at chosen schools and that the online registration and admission process is not further affected by system’s technical errors; and
iv. Report detailing the measures taken by the department to ensure that a learner/learners is/are not placed in more than one school.
