A record outlining the number of bullying complaints received by the Council in the previous 5 years, in terms of the Regulations relating to the conduct of inquiries into alleged unprofessional conduct under the health professions act 1974 – GN R102/2009, including but not limited to:
i. A report on inquiries by the professional board or committee in respect of complaints of unprofessional conducts;
ii. A report detailing the findings following the inquiries and the types of penalties imposed against the offenders; and
iii. A copy of the user guide, if any, for health practitioners with guidelines intended to prevent coercion and victimisation of junior nurses and doctors, and to ensure that their human dignity is respected.
