Records related to the recommendation to reschedule cannabis from a Schedule 7 substance to a Schedule 6 substance

1.  Copies of records relating to the recommendation to reschedule cannabis from a Schedule 7 substance to a Schedule 6 substance in the Registration of Medicines Scheduling of Medicines guidelines, including, but limited to:

a.  The recommendation provided to the Minister of Health.

b.  Any and all documents tabled in support of the recommendation provided to the Minister.

c.  Any and all documents that informed the decision making related to the recommendation – the so-called “record of the decision” – irrespective of whether (or not) these were officially tabled in support of the recommendation.

d.  Any and all contracts for research related to cannabis for purposes of recommending a reschedule of cannabis from a Schedule 7 substance to Schedule 6 substance.

e.  Any and all contracts for research related to cannabis for medicinal use. 

f.    A list of the names of persons who have been appointed to conduct research for purposes of recommending a reschedule of cannabis from a Schedule 7 substance to Schedule 6 substance.

g.  A list of the names of persons who have been appointed to conduct research into cannabis for medicinal use.
