b. The Parliament Portfolio Committee on Health’s recommendations provided to the Minister of Health on rescheduling cannabis.

c. Any and all documents tabled in support of the recommendation provided to the Minister of Health.

d. Any and all documents that informed decision making related to the recommendation to the Minister of Health – the so-called “record of the decision” – irrespective of whether (or not) these were officially tabled in support of the recommendation.
