Request for all and any records relating to Andrew Makupe who died after he was captured and tortured in 1986. His body was later found at an exploded land mine. There have been concerns about the alleged cause of his death. Please include the following:

II.  IV. Any and all other documents that are related to or document the treatment and death of Makupe.
