Request for all and any records relating to Matthews Mabalena who died on 15 February 1977 while in police custody. The Police allege that he jumped from the window of the tenth floor at John Vorster Square, where he was held for twenty five days after his arrest for illegal entry into South Africa from Botswana.There have been concerns and doubts about the alleged cause of his death. Please be sure to include the following:

II. Police reports and investigative findings;
III. Medical reports from the inquest magistrate;
IV. Post mortem reports;
V. Any and all other documents that are related to or document the treatment Matthews Mabalenawhile detained and his death.
