Records for all and any documents relating to the processes followed prior to the increase in the tariffs and budgetary allocations by the City of Johannesburg in terms of the 2018/19 IDP. The records are in relation to the processes relating to the budget and tariffs public consultation meetings as per the attached Annex A; including:

1.    Details of how many people attended the various public consultation meetings, broken down according to each regional summit;

2.    All and any minutes, notes, resolutions, agreements, recorded during the consultation process, broken down as per regional summit;

3.    Any subsequent meeting minutes or notes by the City of Johannesburg to collate the information collected during the public consultations and the manner in which the public consultations were incorporated into the final decision;

4.    Any other record illustrating the processes and procedures taken by the City of Johannesburg resulting in the increase in tariffs.
