Copies of any and all records of the late Ernest Dipale who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on 8 August 1982 the alleged cause of death was reported to be suicide by hanging. There have been concerns about the alleged cause of his death. The record must include but not limited to:
i. Any and all dockets which detail the investigation, arrest, and charges made in relation to the death of the late Ernest Dipale.
