Copies of all and any records of the late Clayton Sizwe Sithole who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on, 30 January 1990 the alleged cause of death was reported to be suicide by hanging .There have been concerns about his alleged cause of death. The records must include but not be limited to:
I. Any and all dockets which detail the investigation, arrest, and charges made in relation to the death of Clayton Sizwe Sithole.
