Records of any and all documents relating to Looksmart Ngudle, an individual who died on September 5, 1963 at the Pretoria Central Prison. The alleged cause of death was suicide by hanging, however there have been concerns about how he died. Please be sure to include the following:
I. Copies of police reports and investigative findings on those responsible for the death of Looksmart Ngudle, including ‘Spyker’ Van Wyk, Sergeant Greeff, Sergeant Van Rooyen and certain personnel from other regions including Colonel Andy Taylor, Sergeant Ferreira and a Mr Van Der Merwe.
