Procurement of Toilets in Primary Schools

Copies of any and all records, or part of records, relating to procurement of toilets and construction of toilets in or from 2013, in each of the following Soweto based primary schools:

1. Reutlwile Primary School,
2. Nkgodi Primary School,
3. Phiri Primary School, and
4. Sediba Thugo Primary School (the primary schools)

Including, but not limited to:

- minutes of meetings, file notes (for example, of phone calls) or correspondence between the Gauteng Department of Basic Education (the Department) and the primary schools listed above, regarding evaluation of the need for toilets in each of those primary schools,
- internal documents including minutes of meetings, file notes (for example, of phone calls), correspondence or briefs regarding approval to commence procurement of toilets in each of the primary schools listed above, - internal documents including minutes of meetings, file notes, financial records, correspondence or briefs regarding the original budget for procurement of toilets in each of the primary schools listed above,
- evaluation report and/or briefs setting out recommendation(s) for approval of successful tenderer(s) to supply the toilets in each of the primary schools listed above,
- minutes of meetings, file notes, correspondences or briefs evidencing decision to approve procurement of toilets in each of the primary schools listed above.
