See form A.1. With reference to the Minister’s reply in the National Assembly to question 74 by Ms JM Maluleka (ANC) on 9 September 2014:

1.1. Copy of directive issued to Sedibeng Water on or about 17 June 2014 in terms of section 41 of the Water Services Act to intervene in Bloemhof and take over water treatment and supply (see paragraph (a) of Minister’s reply);

1.2. The terms of reference for construction of a waste water treatment plant at Sannieshof and any record confirming the engagement of contractors to undertake such construction (see paragraph (a) of the Minister’s reply); and

1.3. Water quality analysis results for samples taken at the Itekeng Clinic and communal tap during the site visit conducted by DWS and the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality on 23 July 2014.
