Copies of any and all records, or parts of records relating to the Nuclear Research Centre of the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (NECSA) in the complex at Pelindaba (situated near the Hartbeespoort Dam, approximately 33 km west of Pretoria),  relating to:
1. Reports in relation to any incidents in November and December 2013,
2. Policies and procedures containing criteria for reporting of any incident to the National Nuclear Regulator,
3. Any and all correspondence, Minutes of meetings, Memorandum, briefs or other records regarding the National Nuclear Regulators investigations into allegations that at least 208 former employees at Pelindaba/Validaba had employment related injuries or diseases, as identified by Dr Murray Coombs in 2006.
