An application against officials of the eThekwini Municipality (“eThekwini”) and other entities to compel eThekwini to grant our clients access to the Atmospheric Emission Licences of Engen Petroleum Limited (“Engen”) and Shell and BP South African Refineries (Pty) Limited (“Sapref”) in respect of their refineries located in south Durban, KwaZulu Natal.
