• Allocated budget for maintaining all National departments buildings for the period 2010/11 and 2011/12,

• Amount spent by the Department of Public Works on maintaining national offices and building for the period 2010/11 and 2011/12,

• The departments tendering and procurement processes and procedures and policies for the 2011/2012 year,

• All tender call documents for maintenance of buildings owned and managed by the department for the 2011/2012 year,

• Bidding documents issued by the department for all maintenance work for the 2011/2012 year,

• Tender documents from companies who have been awarded contracts to maintain buildings for the 2011/2012 year,

• All names of companies/ contractors awarded with tenders to maintain buildings and who are currently rendering their services,

• Total cost amounts of contracts awarded to contractors currently rendering their services including retainer fees paid to the service providers,

• Contract period for all contractors currently rendering their services.
