Housing request:

• Any and all policies and strategies to fight corruption within your organisation;

• RDP housing list(s) and or alternative accommodation for your province from March 2007 to April 2012;

•  Total number of RDP housing planned for from March 2007 to April 2012(including budget allocated and spent);

• Total number of RDP housing built from March 2007 to April 2012(including budget allocated and spent);

• Total number of RDP houses handed over including list of whom the RDP houses were handed over to from March 2007 to April 2012;

• List of tenders (including budget allocated and spent)put out for the building of RDP houses from March 2007 to April 2012;

• List of companies awarded tenders to build the houses from March 2007 to April 2012;

• Policies, programmes and plans to upgrade municipality owned buildings(including budget allocated and spent);

• Alternative housing plans, policies and programmes for residents removed from illegally occupied buildings;

• Plans and programmes to create jobs through the building of the RDP houses and collaboration plans with other departments;

• Training for staff tasked with handling PAIA request;

• PAIA implementation strategy;

• Department’s consultation processes/ policies to increase the use of PAIA internally;

• Policy for alternative housing for people who have been evicted from their homes;

• Land ownership dispute resolutions policy for your province and municipalities;

• Landlord dispute resolutions policy for your province and municipalities;
